POM Diagnostics LLC provides mobile vehicle diagnostic and consulting services only. We do not perform mechanical, electrical, or physical vehicle repairs.

All diagnostic findings, scan results, voltage readings, and recommendations are informational in nature and are based on data available at the time of service. Diagnostic services do not guarantee vehicle condition, future performance, or the absence of additional or hidden issues, and they do not replace a comprehensive mechanical inspection performed by a licensed repair facility.

Vehicle systems—particularly electronic components, onboard computers, sensors, key and keyless entry systems, and OBD-II ports—may contain pre-existing conditions, defects, or vulnerabilities beyond the control of POM Diagnostics LLC. While reasonable care is exercised during all diagnostic procedures, POM Diagnostics LLC is not responsible for failures, malfunctions, or damages unless caused by proven negligence.

Clients acknowledge that:

Diagnostic services involve interaction with vehicle electronic systems.
Diagnostic outcomes may differ from repair shop findings.
Final repair decisions are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

By engaging POM Diagnostics LLC, the client agrees to release and hold harmless the company, its owner, and representatives from liability arising from diagnostic interpretation, reliance on findings, or actions taken based on diagnostic information, except where negligence is legally established.
